Job Summary:

Finger Lakes Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a travel position. As a CNA, you will provide direct and indirect designated resident care within the scope of practice as defined by the certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of licensed nursing personnel, perform direct and indirect designated resident care.
  • Provide basic nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to licensed nursing personnel.
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Current New York State Nurse Aide Certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 1 year of prior experience as a Nursing Assistant in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility.

Benefits:

  • $25-$29 hourly rate based on experience.
  • Health insurance available at the first of the month, after 30 days.
  • Available shifts: Day/Eve rotations, Evenings, Nights, Day/Night rotations.
