Position Title: Stormwater/Civil/Environmental Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical authority for stormwater, civil, and environmental projects
  • Oversee and assess stormwater management strategies
  • Draft paving, grading, and drainage layouts
  • Prepare and submit permitting documentation
  • Evaluate construction designs and develop Best Management Practices (BMPs)
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control assessments
  • Collaborate with design teams to achieve project objectives
  • Identify potential project challenges and suggest effective solutions
  • Assist project managers in various tasks
  • Maintain comprehensive project records
  • Draft agreements for subcontracting
  • Work closely with team members to foster collaboration
  • Gain a thorough understanding of project aims and deliverables

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering discipline
  • 4-7 years of pertinent experience in the field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel
  • EIT certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Experience working with subcontractors and in field operations
  • Ability to analyze technical data
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Compensation Range: $80,000 to $115,000
