Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the casino property to identify and prevent potential security threats.
  • Investigate and report incidents, including theft, violence, and other security-related issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations.
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly stand, walk, and talk or hear.
  • Frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Occasionally sit and reach with hands and arms.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
  • Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
  • Must be able to remain alert and focused while listening to the normal noise of the casino.
