About the Role
  • Lead project teams to achieve maximum job performance and career potential.
  • Administer contract and subcontract agreements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, working closely with preconstruction teams as needed.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and quality assurance/control programs.
  • Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee decisions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client and field staff interface.
