Job Title: Attractions Attendant

Are you a people person with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Attractions Attendant to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests of all ages, ensuring a fun and memorable experience.
  • Work in a variety of attractions, including the Arcade, Ropes Course, MagiQuest, and more.
  • Ensure the daily operation of attractions adheres to operating procedure guidelines.
  • Perform cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale (POS) system, registers, and daily reporting.
  • Assist in merchandising functions, including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old (18 years old to work the Ropes Course).
  • Some High School education or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and climb multiple flights of stairs multiple times daily.
  • Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights.
