Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description

NorthPoint Search Group Inc is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support the Controller and handle heavy AP and Customer Billing. This is an in-office position with a growing company offering a strong benefits and PTO package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process AP and Customer Billing
  • General Ledger Reconciliations
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end close
  • Special Projects as needed
Requirements:
  • BS in Accounting
  • 2 years of experience
  • Internship experience is a plus

Some experience with accounts payable and customer billing, job cost entering, and a strong understanding of accounting principles are required. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

$60-$65k plus 10-15% bonus, 100% paid MDV and standard PTO.
