Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Outpatient Services. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
