Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Biotechnology Process Engineer or Engineering Specialist for ADC Development to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our New Product Introduction and ADC Suites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • This position involves utilizing scientific knowledge, engineering principles, and mathematical skills to complete tasks efficiently.
  • The engineer will provide critical support to various operations, including cell culture, harvest, purification, antibody and payload conjugation, formulation, and bulk product fill.
  • Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement equipment and process changes, and conducting Process / Facility fit activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Other key responsibilities include estimating resources needed to accomplish assigned tasks, executing designs for intermediate problems, and mentoring others by sharing technical expertise.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse groups within engineering and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence.
  • Possesses a strong working knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development or manufacturing of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and proficiency in using single-use consumables are highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $62,500-$118,500 per year.
