Job Summary

The Field Inspector is a key member of our team at The Thresholds, responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to conduct thorough inspections and risk evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular and scheduled inspections of our facilities to ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulations.
  • Identify and document any safety hazards, code violations, or other issues.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with site managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, electrical, engineering, and/or mechanical hvac.
  • Minimum three (3) years progressive experience in inspections and/or risk evaluation for commercial insurance carrier or related industry.
  • Knowledge of building systems, codes, building design, construction, and commercial insurance risk management laws, regulations, and practices.
