Job Title: Sales Team Manager Leader

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Sales Team Manager Leader in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our Mobile Department, you will be responsible for driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction within our partner's retail locations. Your experience in sales, leadership, and customer relationship management will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Job Summary: In this exciting role, you will manage the local client relationship, increase sales and revenue of products and services, and mentor a team of employees to achieve common goals. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and customer relationship management will enable you to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction within Client's retail locations on various products and services to customers.
  2. Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates.
  3. Grows the retailer's sales performance and other key metrics through sales, training, and marketing promotions.
  4. Trains new team members.
  5. Helps team members improve their skills and product knowledge.
  6. Manages in-store promotions, and coordinates with appropriate personnel.
  7. Schedules and manages sales demo events in retail location, ensuring that demo equipment is collected and returned as directed at the end of the event.
  8. Positions Client's value by creating best-in-class customer experiences.
  9. Assists District Manager in communication of key initiatives. Acts as a conduit for inclusive and efficient district-wide communication.
  10. Represents Client and MarketSource in a professional manner at all times.
  11. Develops and manages positive business relationships with retail store leadership and employees.
  12. Communicates progress and opportunities with District Manager and client leadership.
  13. Meets regularly with store leadership including store visits.
  14. Serves as a point-of-contact for business consultation.
  15. Serves as a point of escalation for questions or issues including individual guest issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

- Ability to demonstrate selling skills, product knowledge and drive results.
