Job Title: Floorcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Floorcare Specialist to join our team at West Michigan Janitorial. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our clients' floors.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate ride-on floor cleaners and other equipment to clean and maintain floors
  • Use carpet extractors, buffers, burnishers, floor strippers, and other equipment to clean and maintain floors
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in floor care or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
  • Valid US driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Ability to pass a background check
