Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of therapists and contribute to delivering high-quality care to patients. As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in fostering an environment that values unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions to patients using a 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratio in a well-equipped treatment area.
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning for patients with various diagnoses.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including STs, OTs, and PTs, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including paperwork and electronic medical records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: A degree from an accredited speech therapy program.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • A valid license or provisional permit to practice speech therapy in the state of practice.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification through a recognized institution.
  • Preferred Qualification:
    • 2 years of experience working with pediatric patients.
