Job Summary

As a Rehabilitation Staff Nurse at Swedish Medical Center, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team environment that helps patients return to their functional lifestyles through individually designed programs. Our devoted rehabilitation team enables patients to reach their goals through rehabilitation programs crafted specifically to individual patient needs, administered by highly skilled and trained providers in the Rocky Mountain region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in adapting to an alternative lifestyle, providing a therapeutic environment for patients' and their families' development.
  • Design and implement treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care, promoting physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health.
  • Work in an inpatient acute setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Preferred experience in Rehabilitation, Ortho, Neuro, TCU, or Medical-Surgical.
