We are seeking an experienced CFO Divisional to join our team. In this role, you will provide financial, operational, and strategic oversight for the division, ensuring cost-effective services are provided to the communities we serve. Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Hospital/Health Care Administration (MHA) preferred.
  • Expertise in healthcare administration with progressively responsible management experience, typically 5-7 years, including senior roles in complex multi-facility environments.
  • Strong finance experience in large, complex healthcare organizations.
  • Executive-level experience in a multi-facility/matrix management healthcare system is helpful.
