About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Construction Management Intern, you will assist in the development of projects from preconstruction to on-site construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of project schedules, cost estimates, and logistics plans.
  • Conduct site studies to determine the best approach to phasing, access, and laydown areas.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to accomplish tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Develop essential skills in construction management, including cost estimating, scheduling, and logistics planning.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Completed at least one year of study.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working for a large general contractor.
  • Previous relevant internship experience.
  • Exposure to construction-based computer programs.
