Job Title: Security Officer

At Inter-Con Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Monitor and respond to security cameras and alarms.
  • Issue and retrieve badges for authorized personnel.
  • Provide security assistance and support to clients and employees.
  • Assist in the evacuation of the premises in case of an emergency.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be a US citizen or resident.
  • Must pass a background check and physical/drug screening.
  • Must have a valid Security License as required by the State of Texas.
  • Must have at least two years of experience in law enforcement, military, or facility security.
  • Must have a High School diploma or GED.
Work Environment and Schedule:
  • Job operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors.
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities.
  • Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed.
