Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate Part Time will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encourage and participate in team selling, building relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact.
  • Meet and maintain personal volume goals while maintaining above-average quality of sales.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, maintaining a clean and organized store, and visually merchandising products.
  • Monitor store security, report any discrepancies, and assist with merchandise stock counts.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
