Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and uphold a thorough quality control framework to guarantee the consistent production of goods that meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Oversee the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process to ensure effective control plans and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) are executed.
  • Apply Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen techniques to foster operational excellence and enhance processes.
  • Encourage and facilitate the use of effective problem-solving strategies for root cause analysis and successful corrective actions.
  • Lead regular quality meetings to assess process quality and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Educate and guide team members on new quality processes and protocols.
  • Effectively communicate with all organizational levels, suppliers, and clients in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management capacity within the engineering sector.
  • Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience with APQP and PPAP methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficient leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
