Job Description

The principal duties of this position involve removal of chamber kits & fore lines, disconnecting and capping all gas and liquid lines, and performing complete tool shutdown. Daily pre-task planning with customers is also required. Install caps/plugs, shipping fixtures and casters, disassemble tools in preparation for removal from fab, and document all Deinstall activities using a 2D - Deinstall checklist.

This position requires strong knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment and experience in the semiconductor industry. Junior Field Service Engineers should have 1-4 years of experience, while Senior Field Service Engineers should have a minimum of 5+ years of OEM direct experience.
