We are seeking a Senior Unreal Engine Developer to enhance the Inworld SDK, enabling developers and creators to leverage our platform for crafting games and virtual experiences. You will be instrumental in developing demos and prototypes that showcase the features and capabilities of the Inworld AI platform, supporting the development of high-quality games and virtual experiences for prominent partners, including AAA game studios.
Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Unreal Engine
  • 5+ years of experience in software development for interactive experiences
  • Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with C++ build systems such as CMake
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing for various platforms: iOS, Android, consoles
  • Knowledge of animation, materials, lighting, and particle systems
  • Experience in creating SDKs or tools for interactive applications
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical demos and interactive AI experiences
  • Enhance the Inworld SDK for use in a diverse range of games by leading technology and gaming partners worldwide

The compensation for this full-time role includes a competitive salary, bonus, equity, and benefits, with a salary range of $150,000 - $220,000. Individual compensation is determined by various factors including location, experience, and business needs. Please note that the salary range is subject to change.
