Full-Time Family Medicine Physician for Outpatient Setting in California

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in an outpatient setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to provide high-quality patient care while enjoying a stable and secure work environment.
Key Responsibilities
The selected physician will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and managing chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong bedside manner, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
• A valid medical license in California
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Experience with Eclinical Works EMR system
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates who have academic experience, particularly those with a background in teaching or mentoring. Additionally, candidates with experience working in FQHCs or similar settings are highly desirable.
Work Schedule and Benefits
The selected physician will work 5 days a week, with varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and some evening hours. The preferred schedule includes 8-hour days for at least 13 weeks. The physician will be required to float between three locations. The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $140-$145 per hour, with no expenses or benefits.
