Job Title: Panel Builder

We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our team at Aerotek. As a Panel Builder, you will be responsible for electrical assembly, building electronic systems, and constructing support structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electrical or electronic systems
  • Install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings
  • Use rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment
  • Clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Inspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports
  • Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers
  • Mark and tag components for inventory tracking
  • Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts
Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Hartland, Wisconsin. Our brand new building is outfitted specifically for panel building and wiring.

Shift & Hours:

1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
