Job Summary
Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett is a 196-bed hospital dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the community. As a comprehensive medical center, Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett has the expertise to deliver quality care in a variety of specialties, including Emergency Services, Inpatient & Outpatient Surgical Services, Med/Surge, Ortho, Critical Care, and Women's Services.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per-shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management related to patient care.
Requirements
- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
Education and Certification
- Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree).
- Required: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice or policy. CPR certification is also required.
