Baseball Character Actor

We are seeking a charismatic and physically fit individual to join our team as a Baseball Character Actor at the Minnesota Twins. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing in-suit as our beloved mascot, engaging with fans, and promoting the team's brand.

The Baseball Character Actor will participate in game-day events, represent the Minnesota Twins at various functions, and collaborate with the Manager, Mascot Programs, to develop new ideas and activities. You will also be expected to embody the values of passion, hustle, heart, and fun that define our organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform in-suit as the Twins mascot during home games and select events
• Engage with fans through interactive features, contests, and promotions
• Collaborate with the Manager, Mascot Programs, to develop new ideas and activities
• Represent the Minnesota Twins at community events and functions
• Participate in pre-game meetings and discuss game-day strategies with the team

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a sports or corporate mascot
• Excellent physical skills, including dancing, tumbling, and gymnastics
• Strong non-verbal communication skills and ability to interact with fans in costume
• A positive, energetic, and creative personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range: $28-$38 per hour

Location: Minneapolis, MN
