Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessment of Training Needs:
  • Engage with department heads and team leaders to pinpoint technical training requirements.
  • Administer surveys and conduct interviews to collect data on skill deficiencies and training necessities.
Development of Training Programs:
  • Craft, refine, and refresh technical training resources, such as manuals, presentations, and digital content.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
Coordination of Training Activities:
  • Organize and schedule technical training events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Handle logistical arrangements, including venue setup, equipment, and necessary materials.
Delivery and Facilitation:
  • Lead engaging and effective training sessions for employees, employing diverse instructional methods.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Keep precise records of training attendance, participant feedback, and outcomes.
  • Produce regular reports detailing training activities, including completion rates and performance indicators.
Integration of Technology:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance training offerings.
  • Investigate and implement innovative training delivery methods, such as e-learning platforms.
Feedback and Continuous Enhancement:
  • Collect participant feedback to refine training content and delivery methods.
  • Work with stakeholders to continually improve the overall training program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical training coordination and facilitation.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work autonomously.

Compensation: $57,000 - $75,000 base annually, in addition to potential bonuses and equity. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
