Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment of Training Needs:
- Engage with department heads and team leaders to pinpoint technical training requirements.
- Administer surveys and conduct interviews to collect data on skill deficiencies and training necessities.
- Craft, refine, and refresh technical training resources, such as manuals, presentations, and digital content.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Organize and schedule technical training events, workshops, and seminars.
- Handle logistical arrangements, including venue setup, equipment, and necessary materials.
- Lead engaging and effective training sessions for employees, employing diverse instructional methods.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments.
- Keep precise records of training attendance, participant feedback, and outcomes.
- Produce regular reports detailing training activities, including completion rates and performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance training offerings.
- Investigate and implement innovative training delivery methods, such as e-learning platforms.
- Collect participant feedback to refine training content and delivery methods.
- Work with stakeholders to continually improve the overall training program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in technical training coordination and facilitation.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work autonomously.
Compensation: $57,000 - $75,000 base annually, in addition to potential bonuses and equity. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
