Candidate Profile

We are in search of a dedicated Trial Lawyer who possesses comprehensive experience managing cases from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in all facets of litigation, which encompasses:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Conducting legal research
  • Engaging in motion practice
  • Exhibiting strong oral advocacy skills

Furthermore, the successful applicant will be a collaborative team member with experience in taking depositions and holding second chair (or higher) trial responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) with a solid academic background
  • Law Review experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Participation in Mock Trial and Moot Court is advantageous
  • Must hold a valid license and be in good standing in Texas
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Extensive experience in depositions and motions practice
  • Second chair trial experience or higher is required
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining minimal supervision
