Role Summary:
The Facility Maintenance Associate is responsible for upholding a hygienic and safe environment for all personnel and guests. This role ensures compliance with product safety, quality, and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sanitizes restrooms to maintain cleanliness.
- Washes, mops, buffs, and vacuums flooring surfaces.
- Disposes of waste materials efficiently.
- Maintains external walkways, including debris removal and cleaning.
- Polishes and cleans fixtures to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Monitors and requests maintenance supplies as needed.
- Washes windows to enhance visibility.
- Dusts and vacuums furniture to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Handles recycling materials appropriately.
- Follows established instructions and guidelines to execute job functions.
- Works under direct supervision.
- Performs general maintenance tasks as required.
- May be assigned additional duties as necessary.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative team player.
