- Develop and maintain accurate and complete patient records, documenting all aspects of care and treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and services, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Document all aspects of patient care, including medical history, diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement by NM.
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days.
- Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo (desired).
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
