Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on production equipment

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues

Replace faulty components and parts as necessary

Perform regular inspections to detect potential equipment problems

Work collaboratively with the production team to minimize downtime and enhance productivity

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Physical endurance to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy machinery

Willingness to work on-call or overtime as required

Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Must be available for any 8-hour shift

Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Minimum age of 18 years to apply

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as an industrial maintenance technician

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting expertise

Familiarity with electrical systems and controls

Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Exceptional problem-solving skills

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations

Trade certifications are preferred

Experience in welding and machine shop work is a plus

Previous industrial experience with mechanical and electrical systems is advantageous
