Position Summary:
The Manager of Financial Business Operations within Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) will play a pivotal role in driving financial and operational initiatives, particularly concerning VCA Visa Implementation Support Services (VISS). This position will focus on enabling the team's growth through comprehensive analysis, budget management, and strategic partnerships with VISS leads and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and monitoring of the North America VISS Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and other verticals.
- Analyze and forecast project revenue, ensuring accurate reflection in the AOP baseline.
- Collaborate with partners to maintain the VCA North America Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, refining it to accurately represent business performance.
- Oversee the management of the NA VISS professional services fee budget, forecasting expenditures and reporting to senior leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with time and materials billing, and oversee timecard and invoice management.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for vendors, collaborating with the Visa procurement team to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide insights into the performance of VCA VISS businesses globally, compiling and publishing quarterly reports on revenue and performance metrics.
- Support the broader Strategy and Operations team with strategic projects impacting the VCA organization.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, PowerApps, and PowerPoint is preferred. Additionally, experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract data from various databases is advantageous.
Work Environment:
This position is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and office work. Employees are expected to work from the office 2-3 designated days a week, based on business needs.
