Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. As a CNA, you will provide personal care to our residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, and recreational activities.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of residents
- Monitor and report changes in resident's condition to nursing staff
- Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster(s)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Compassion towards residents and their families
- Competitive pay scale: $19 - $21 per hour
