Your Role:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in our Maintenance team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational efficiency of machinery and mechanical systems to maintain production and quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues by observing equipment in operation and utilizing precision measuring instruments.
- Dismantle and repair defective components using hoists, cranes, and various hand and power tools.
- Manage inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies effectively.
Qualifications:
- An Associate degree in Mechanical Maintenance or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy industrial mechanical and millwright roles within a continuous manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to thorough follow-up on tasks.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and fault-free analysis techniques.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
