We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Materials Analyst to join our team at Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Materials Management team, you will be responsible for driving strong execution and governance across our Materials Management process.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Plants, S&OP Materials, Procurement, Transportation, and Suppliers to resolve material gaps for assigned plants.
- Coordinate and lead Weekly Materials Review routines with 7-8 Manufacturing Plants, ensuring timely execution and follow-up on actions.
- Proactively identify and address material shortages through the use of S&OE tools and analytics.
- Lead routines with KHC Supply Chain Leadership to track core KPIs, top drivers, and actions to resolve material-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across S&OE Materials, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2 years of relevant experience in Materials Management or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Green Belt certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- APICS, ISM, or other industry certifications in operations and logistics preferred.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, with a working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.
