Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality dining experiences for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook all daily meals for residents and staff, and provide catering for special occasions and events.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets the highest standards and specifications.
  • Monitor and record daily production schedules for each menu item.
  • Understand and promote safe food handling practices to ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Track and monitor temperature checks of refrigerators and freezers to ensure food is stored safely.
  • Prepare and oversee the cleaning rota to ensure regular cleaning of all kitchen areas, equipment, and appliances.
  • Maintain records of temperatures and remedial action taken where necessary, reporting all issues to the Home Manager.
