Physiatrist Therapist

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Summerdale, Pennsylvania.

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal physical function and well-being.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify physical limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement a range of interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education, to promote physical function and independence
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Act 31 training completion required within 45 days of hire
