We are looking for a results-driven Stock Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving inventory management, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

In this role, you will work closely with the store team to maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and process shipments efficiently, and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to meet customer demands. You will also be responsible for executing the replenishment process to ensure outstanding customer service and product placement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales growth through effective inventory management and merchandise flow
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and monitoring stockroom conditions
  • Receiving and processing shipments efficiently and accurately
  • Replenishing merchandise on the sales floor to meet customer demands

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of stock/logistics experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor
  • Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
