Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit as a Part-Time nurse. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing care to patients, coordinate care planning with other disciplines, and participate in hourly rounding.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
- Coordinate care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in hourly rounding to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Observe safety guidelines and safe work practices at all times.
- Supervise other members of the healthcare team as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
- A license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS certification as applicable by Facility/Department.
- One year of acute care experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
We prefer candidates with:
- A BSN degree.
- Certification in a specialty area of practice.
