About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Lancaster and Lehigh counties. As a key member of our Home and Community Program, you will work with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote functional rehabilitation and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Regularly reassess treatment plans and communicate patient progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
