Chief Financial Officer - AdventHealth Waterman

AdventHealth is a leading healthcare organization seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team at AdventHealth Waterman. As a key member of our executive leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for planning and controlling all financial activities while maintaining compliance with overall policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and present operating and capital budgets, financial statements, and reports to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Accounting and Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and adhere to all accounting internal control policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Contract Negotiations and Risk Management: Create or monitor all contract negotiations and assure insurance protection to minimize risk and liability.
  • Reimbursement and Credit Management: Control the reimbursement process, including credit and collection, to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Financial Reporting and Planning: Develop and present annual reports, practice effective cost management, and design long-range financial plans to drive strategic growth.
