As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing basic HVAC systems and related components correctly and in a timely manner with an assistant. You will work with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote a positive image. Your excellent communication skills and ability to follow through will ensure the proper completion of tasks, and you will deliver exceptional customer service by establishing a great rapport with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work safely following company policies
- Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
- Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
- Install flex duct systems in residential and light commercial buildings
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
- Verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
- Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
- Take all readings on a machine and understand the importance of such
- Accurately upload photos of installation to customer's profile in scheduling software
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- EPA Certification required.
- 2 years experience installing preferred.

- Able to distinguish between different HVAC equipment.
- Self-Motivated but able to take direction and be part of a team.

- Valid driver's License with a good driving record.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely lift up to 100lbs.
- Able to work overtime, evenings, and weekend hours during busy season, if necessary.
- Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
Pay Scale:
- Pay will be based on experience and performance.
