Job Title: Certified Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team at The Oaks. As a Certified Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living support to residents, including personal care, grooming, and hygiene
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Respond to resident calls and provide assistance as needed
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
