Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other assigned supervisor. Your responsibilities will include collecting data, communicating with healthcare teams, and delivering care in accordance with patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or other assigned supervisor.
  • Collect data through observation and communicate information to assist in patient assessment and care planning.
  • Participate as a member of the healthcare team and accept delegation from the RN/assigned supervisor and provider in meeting patient needs.
  • Deliver care in accordance with patient care plans, policies, and procedures of the organization.
Qualifications
  • Student or graduate of a Practical Nursing or Medical Assistant program.
  • Current MN LPN license (if LPN) or certification (if MA).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent.
