Overview
Mercy Washington is a leading healthcare provider offering a comprehensive Medical Surgical Residency program for new graduate nurses. With a focus on adult and pediatric patient care, our 30-bed units provide a dynamic environment for professional growth and development.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our team. As a member of our Medical Surgical Residency program, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6, ensuring that you will receive the guidance and mentorship needed to succeed in your career.

The Salary for this position is estimated at $65,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement and professional development. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as employer-matched retirement funds and paid time off.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program and hold a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure. You must also possess ACLS and BLS certifications, as well as any other unit-specific certifications required by the department.
