About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fuel Station Associate at Walmart. As a key member of our retail fuel station team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fueling facilities and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find the products they need.
  • Ensure the fueling area is clean, safe, and well-stocked with a variety of products.
  • Operate fuel pumps and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and safe fueling operations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
