At UGI Utilities, we are committed to providing safe and reliable service to our customers in Pennsylvania and Maryland. As a Utility Meter Reader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our meter readings and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read residential and commercial gas meters and record readings using handheld computers via walking and mobile routes.
  • Interact with customers to gain access to premises and answer questions as required while completing routine meter inspections and performing collections work.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and ensuring the accuracy of our meter readings. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid PA Drivers License
  • Basic mechanical experience
