Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district. This full-time role involves working with an early childhood caseload of approximately 60 students.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to early childhood students.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication and language development.
  • Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings, including IEP meetings, to discuss student progress and make recommendations for services.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Michigan SLP license or temporary license for CFYs.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered.
  • Experience working with early childhood populations is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
