Foundry Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to fill the role of General Laborer at OSCO Industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the daily operations of our manufacturing facility.

• Perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Assist in the production process, including operating equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High-school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow documented process instructions and attention to detail.
• Prior experience operating fork-truck lifts is a plus.
