Job Summary

Order Picker

As an Order Picker at ETE Reman, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, locate, and relocate finished goods in a safe and orderly manner using a picker or other power equipment
• Acknowledge and validate transmissions out of location using a RF scanner and pick tickets
• Retrieve warehouse and stock orders while checking finished goods against orders to avoid pick errors
• Place picked orders in designated areas as determined by shipping orders
• Assist in the organization and physical appearance of the warehouse
• Assist in physical inventories as required by supervisors
• Follow directions from team leads, supervisors, and managers, be proactive, and helpful
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment and be at your workstation on time daily

Essential Functions

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in heights
• Previous experience using a picker and/or forklift is preferred
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Must be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail-oriented, automotive/mechanical ability a plus
• Willingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and may have to work with chemicals
• Skill and ability of working with your hands, manual tools (must provide your own) and other instruments
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand & work on your feet for 8+ hours a day and under pressure at times
• Have a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, communication, and decision-making skills
• Self-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others
• Adhere to all safety rules, give it your all every day, must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
