Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
  • Examine project documentation and facilitate on-site installations.
  • Establish and uphold safety protocols with a strict no-incident policy.
  • Provide precise daily and weekly progress reports and schedules.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical work within commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record as a lead superintendent on projects valued between $15 million and $40 million.
  • Experience collaborating with clients in the automotive, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
  • Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Prior experience in managing project documentation and maintaining records.
