Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our dynamic team at Skillforce Inc. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry and building trades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and installation of doors, windows, and fixtures as needed.
  • Perform trim work, including installing molding and trim.
  • Hang drywall and install ceilings.
  • Conduct metal and wood framing, including installing beams and joists.
  • Install floors, roofs, and walls, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Operate electrical and manual equipment, including powered saws, hammers, and measurement tools.
  • Design and implement layouts for construction projects, utilizing blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 2 years of proven experience as a carpenter or construction craftsman.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
